For a year and a half, around 50 employees in the city of Malmö have been testing outdoor work as part of a research project.
Research has long shown that we feel better and perform better outdoors. In Business Basecamp, we clearly see that our guests enjoy themselves and become more creative, but what does it mean to move the entire office outdoors?
